The Position

We are looking to hire a full-time Systems Integrator/Automation Specialist that will design, build, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows and system integrations for our growing agency. The Systems Integrator/Automation Specialist will work closely with our team to streamline operations, eliminate manual processes, and create seamless data flows between platforms. This role requires someone who can think systematically about complex technical challenges while building scalable solutions that drive efficiency across our organization.

The role of the Systems Integrator/Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing custom automations, integrating multiple software platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing existing workflows, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance both our internal operations and client service delivery.

The ideal fit for this role is someone that is extremely tech-savvy, analytical, and process-oriented. They have deep expertise with automation platforms and excel at connecting disparate systems to create unified workflows. This person has excellent problem-solving skills and can translate business requirements into technical solutions. This person thrives on optimization, has experience in the digital marketing industry, and stays current with emerging automation technologies and best practices.

Potential:

As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3.5 years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! We highly encourage this role to grow into a leadership position and have unlimited potential within the company!

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work between 9-5 MST

  • Align with our Core Values

  • Highly self motivated

  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration or automation specialist role

  • Expert-level proficiency with Go High Level (GHL)

  • Advanced experience with Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier

  • Experience with ClickUp and AirTable integrations

  • Strong background in API integrations and webhooks

  • Experience in digital marketing agency environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Detail oriented with ability to test and validate complex workflows

  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly

  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

  • Understanding of data mapping and transformation

  • Experience with CRM integrations and lead management systems

  • Ability to document technical processes clearly

  • Strong analytical mindset for optimizing workflows

Location:

This position is 100% remote.

Pay:

$1,000 - $1,250 USD per month (depending on experience)
