The Position
This leadership role involves managing, optimizing, and scaling our day-to-day operations to align with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple departments, improve operational efficiencies, and drive new initiatives that enhance overall productivity and performance.
You will play a key role in implementing our vision, managing projects, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and performing at their best. Experience in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
Who:
The ideal fit for this position is a highly organized and strategic leader with a strong background in operations management, ideally within the digital marketing or home services industries. This person should have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, managing multiple projects, and driving growth initiatives.
They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, and the ability to oversee diverse teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on process improvement, and a commitment to the company's mission and core values are essential.
Potential:
As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3 years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! We highly encourage this role to grow into a higher leadership position and have unlimited potential within the company!
Location:
This position is 100% remote.
Pay:
$60,000 - $80,000 salary depending on experience (amount may vary if you are outside of the USA)
Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

Qualifications:
Align with our Core Values
Highly self motivated
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital marketing field
Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and managing cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and project management skills
Experience with data tracking systems and process optimization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tests very high as an “integrator” in Rocket Fuel EoS test
Extremely detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to track, manage & achieve KPIs
