We are looking to hire a full-time Google Ads Specialist that will manage Google Ads campaigns for 15-25 clients in the home services space. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for campaign optimization, performance monitoring, and ensuring cost-effective lead generation while maintaining high lead quality standards. This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with our Media Buying Manager and internal team.
The role of the Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, monitoring lead quality and conversion metrics, maintaining accurate data in our systems, providing weekly performance reports, and continuously improving campaign performance to meet client objectives and growth targets.
The ideal fit for this role is someone that has proven experience managing Google Ads for local businesses and understands the unique challenges of the home services industry. They are detail-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at optimizing campaigns for both cost efficiency and lead quality. This person has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards.
As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (4 years old), which may scare some. Proficiency in Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Analytics, Google Ads Manager)

Team collaboration skills
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools preferred
Track record of maintaining cost per lead under $100
Experience optimizing for lead quality and conversion rates
This position is 100% remote.
$750 - $1,000 per month (depending on experience - with potential for increase)
Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs
