The Position
We are looking to hire a full-time Executive Assistant that will provide exceptional support and assistance to the CEO in all aspects of daily operations and to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities with diligence, professionalism, and extreme confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will maintain a high level of performance and continuously strive for excellence in supporting the CEO.
The role of the Executive Assistant will help be responsible for the productivity of the CEO through a wide variety of administrative tasks, organization & planning of CEOs tasks and projects, taking tasks off the CEO’s plate wherever possible, being the first line of defense against protecting the CEO’s time and bandwidth.
Who:
The ideal fit for this role is someone that sees themselves as extremely organized, resourceful & detail oriented. They have a natural ability to plan projects and solve problems, and have extremely strong communication skills. This person can effectively manage a wide variety of moving parts each day.
Potential:
As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3.5 years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! We highly encourage this role to grow into a leadership position and have unlimited potential within the company!
Location:
This position is 100% remote.
Pay:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year salary based on demonstrated experience (amount will vary if you are outside of the USA)
Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

Qualifications:
