The Position
The CRM Systems & Integrations Specialist will enhance internal processes and client accounts through tech automation and integrations in softwares like GHL (Go High Level), Make and Zapier. Their work directly impacts client satisfaction, reduces churn, and increases upsell opportunities by streamlining operations.
Who:
The ideal fit for this role is someone that is highly self motivated, organized, strategic, creative, and process-oriented.
This person is an expert in GHL, Make & Zapier.
Construction industry knowledge is an absolute plus.
Potential:
As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3.5+ years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! We highly encourage this role to grow into a leadership position and have unlimited potential within the company!
Location:
This position is 100% remote.
Pay:
$1,000 - $1,500 per month salary based on demonstrated experience (amount will vary if you are inside/outside of the USA)

Qualifications:

Very Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
A passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
Proficiency in Google Suite Products, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Home service contracting industry experience is a plus
Excellent English writing and speaking
